My first purchase was sort of a trial purchase to check the quality and fit of one of the shirts I had my eyes on. Since then I have been a regular customer as I have been bowled over by their options and the quality of material and stitch. While there have been many brands who started riding on the "Made in India" wave and have failed miserably in terms of the quality of material and their customer service, Primal Gray has aced the game, I would be happy to see their physical store one day, so that I can just walk in and walk out with a shopping bag of their merchandise.
