Not a good fit and Fabric

I have bought the shirt with excitement of getting a good quality shirt as mentioned 100% goat fabric and trusted also the pictures expecting a better fit. but its not upto the mark the fabric is not at all look like shown in pictures, also the fit seems very different I bought small, which is fine in length but tight and slightly lengthy in arms, Now If I exchange the Medium will be too lengthy and again arm wont fit.

Extremely disappointed.
